A simple pixel viewer

The Quick Color Browser

The purpose of this easy tool is to perform quick checks on the colors included in GIF and JPEG images. A simple click on an image pixel displays both its RGB and hexadecimal values. Useful e.g. to harmonize a web page's background color with an image, to use repeated colors and color codes, and so on.

The applet on this page is only a demo : to view images from your hard disk, you will better use the standalone version of the Quick Color Browser. This application requires a standalone version of Java (JRE or JDK version 1.1 or higher) to be installed on your computer.
